stayed in this beautiful location for a family vacation in June 2021. The home was immaculate and well equipped. The owners were super friendly and answered when we called to check out. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful home in a great location in Scottsdale.
Had a wonderful stay here. Family came for a local wedding. Venue very relaxing between our events. Many spaces to sit and chill. Pool clean and refreshing. Comfortable beds.
Charming condo tucked away among a beautiful garden. Great location which was just off the canal walkway which we used daily. Short walk to great bars/restaurants. Spacious inside for our family for sleeping, meals and hanging out. Owner was excellent with communication and addressed an issue with the air conditioning as soon as possible. Would highly recommend!
This condo is spacious and nice. Close to old town Scottsdale and many other activities.
This property was everything we needed in a Scottsdale rental. The river walk was just minutes from the house, and less than 15 minutes to take it to downtown Scottsdale. Such a beautiful view along the path, and so much better than walking along the city streets. We walked to coffee and dinner daily. I highly recommend Press Coffee and Barrio Queen, by the way.
We did a lot of cooking in the rental as well. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and glasses, including wine glasses. There were two drip coffee machines clean and working. There were not many stovetop pans or any baking sheets, but there was enough to make bacon and eggs and some lunch meals. There was also an outdoor grill, but we did not get around to using it.
The only time we needed something, the property manager was prompt to respond and brought it over immediately. The two bathrooms were spacious. The beds were even comfortable! The master bedroom has a huge mirrored hall and vanity off of it. It was myself and four other women staying there, and we all had room and mirror space to get ready.
By far my favorite part of the property was all the patios. Two of us did daily yoga on the upper patio off the master. The side patio off the dining room caught perfect morning and afternoon sun and is where we drank coffee. And the front entry patio was perfect for evening as it blocked the wind and stayed comfortable. We never used the back patio (that’s right, FOUR PATIOS), but it had a beautiful flowering bush and looked perfectly usable as well.
We didn’t swim as the pool was freezing cold (to be expected in February) but it was still lovely to lay out in the zero gravity chairs poolside. The pool is right off the front patio, super convenient.
The area was nice and always felt safe. Street parking was easy, we parked directly outside every night with no problems. The unit itself isn’t super fancy, but it was comfortable and clean and everything we were looking for. Thanks to the owner for a great trip.
Property Manager, Jindy, was responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was homey and clean. Excellent central location to local stores, and if it weren't for Covid-19 restrictions, we would have visited many more places in AZ.
We would stay here again.
